Program Overview
The Academy of Future Leaders is our flagship youth program designed to equip the next generation with essential skills for financial success and leadership. Through a comprehensive 12-month curriculum, participants gain practical knowledge in financial management, entrepreneurship, professional development, and community leadership.
Our hands-on approach combines classroom learning, mentorship, real-world projects, and networking opportunities to ensure students not only learn concepts but can apply them effectively in their lives. We are embedding our wealth builders framework to provide a solid foundation for financial literacy and success.

Immersive Education
VR Campus and immersive experiences for engaging learning
Experience immersive financial education through our cutting-edge VR platform. Students engage with realistic scenarios, practice decision-making, and connect with mentors in a virtual space.

School-Based Program
Partnership: Community in Schools
Year-round programming embedded within school systems, providing students with continuous access to financial literacy education and mentorship during the academic year.
Summer Camp Program
Partnership: AmeriHealth
Intensive summer programming that combines financial education with hands-on activities, field trips, and real-world applications to keep students engaged during summer break. Each participant receives a seed fund of $150, with the outcome being a complete business plan.
Organization to Organization
Curriculum Licensing for partner organizations
We partner with schools, community organizations, and youth programs to bring our proven curriculum to their students. Our licensing model provides comprehensive training materials, facilitator guides, and ongoing support.
